Lead Architect

You can join our team if:
  • you have a university degree in architecture or urban planning;
  • your portfolio has cool projects and at least 4 years of experience, including project management experience;
  • you have a good theoretical base, you know the normative documentation (SP, SNiP, GOST, SanPiN, etc.);
  • You can draw a sketch by hand, and prepare documentation in the program (confident knowledge of AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, CorelDRAW / Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop);
  • you follow innovations in architecture and are always looking for non-standard solutions;
  • you know MS Office and can easily create a table, make calculations and format a document;
  • know how to plan your time and meet deadlines, easily switch between projects and work in multitasking mode;
  • You are able to organize teamwork, so that no one has to work on a day off;
  • Can express your ideas orally as well as in writing;
  • have experience in presentations and public defence of projects;
  • you are eager for new knowledge and open to change;
  • you are communicative and know how to negotiate;
  • you are proactive, responsible and can always be relied upon
  • you speak English and don't mind improving your English.

Responsibilities:
  • drafting of design terms of reference, formation of a list of input data;
  • scheduling work on the project, distribution of tasks within the team;
  • business trips - site visits, measurements, photofixation;
  • conducting a comprehensive study;
  • conceptual design (from creation of ideas to the development of drawings, diagrams, descriptions of design solutions);
  • development of architectural solutions at all stages of the project (from the creation of ideas to the development of drawings, diagrams, descriptions of design solutions);
  • control of compliance with design norms and standards;
  • check the design documentation for completeness, normative control;
  • interaction with subcontractors and related specialists;
  • Communication with the customer (understanding of the customer's position, maintaining a constructive dialogue, arguing their own vision);
  • Work with residents, co-design;
  • presentation of projects, defense of design solutions to the customer, approving state agencies;
  • preparation of materials for exhibitions and architectural festivals;
  • project management at all stages, conducting designer's supervision;
  • participation in architectural competitions.
