Babushkin or Mysovsk is one of the "signal lights" on the shores of Lake Baikal, adjacent to the spurs of Khamar daban. Like a beacon, the main symbol of the city, this settlement reminds of the imperial greatness of Russia, its Soviet past and tells its present history. But with its enormous potential, the city is now in decline, unable to use them to attract capital. The lighthouse, along with the shore of Lake Baikal, is cut off from the city by a branch of railroad tracks, the "course to the lighthouse" has been lost. We need an impetus that can launch economic activity, the activity of local residents, urban communities.

We create a system of interconnected public spaces, moving towards the main reference point — the "lighthouse fire. It gives new opportunities for the city’s economy: reanimating abandoned buildings, creating brands based on local identity for entrepreneurs.
Within the framework of the project we create a system of interconnected public spaces, gradually moving to the main landmark — "the Lighthouse Fire" (one of the "signal lights" on the shore of Lake Baikal, adjacent to the spurs of Khamar-Daban). This gives new opportunities for the city’s economy: reanimation of abandoned buildings, creation of brands based on local identity for entrepreneurs.

Thus, the idea of the concept of development of the central part of the city, reflecting the local identity of the place appeared: Baikal, Hamar-Daban, Chekhov (visited Mysovsk during his journey across Siberia to Sakhalin in 1890), Chernika, Chay (the city stands on the Great Tea Road, a stage of the Silk Road rally), Mysovsky lighthouse. The night on Baikal, the starry sky, the light of the lighthouse are a special charm. All these elements became the basis of the "Blueberry Nights" concept.
