Babushkin or Mysovsk is one of the "signal lights" on the shores of Lake Baikal, adjacent to the spurs of Khamar daban. Like a beacon, the main symbol of the city, this settlement reminds of the imperial greatness of Russia, its Soviet past and tells its present history. But with its enormous potential, the city is now in decline, unable to use them to attract capital. The lighthouse, along with the shore of Lake Baikal, is cut off from the city by a branch of railroad tracks, the "course to the lighthouse" has been lost. We need an impetus that can launch economic activity, the activity of local residents, urban communities.
We create a system of interconnected public spaces, moving towards the main reference point — the "lighthouse fire. It gives new opportunities for the city’s economy: reanimating abandoned buildings, creating brands based on local identity for entrepreneurs.
