The design area includes the central square, and
also a boulevard along Lenin street. Like the city itself - logistical
center (connects the directions of railway lines and
highways, including to China and Mongolia), the square is the intersection of people and functions and the main event platform of the city and the region. Administrative, cultural and social facilities are concentrated here; in the minds of residents, this is the “face of the city”. The concept involves the preservation of the main functions of the territory - event, transit and the creation of new functional areas, including recreation areas, children's play spaces and a scooter area, a youth zone, a space for playing board games, photo zones and
art objects. New functional spaces
It is envisaged that every resident of the city can find a place for leisure.
Concept
The concept is based on the principles of multifunctionality and
inclusiveness. Flat terrain allows you to form
comfortable spaces with minimal height difference.
The square is the core of the city, it becomes a unifying space not only during events. The territory invites Borzins of all ages to spend their leisure time! The project provides for quiet recreation areas for the older generation, a youth area, a play space for families with children and an educational area for schoolchildren, as well as universal recreation areas.
The space of the square appears to the townspeople in a new form. As part of the synchronization, the installation of a new modular stage is laid, and the project involves the replacement of the coating and the installation of modern lighting systems, which provides opportunities for various event scenarios. a pattern in paving that reflects the "general line" of the concept, creating a unique space. This area also provides places for recreation with awnings, information stands, green spaces, and during the events it is proposed to install mobile seats for spectators.
In addition to the event space, more
chamber functional areas - a commercial space with fair houses and a cafe pavilion, this area also
outdoor furniture is being installed to form dining groups so residents can dine outdoors.
