Project for the reconstruction of the facade of a two-storey office building. The main function of the building is retail. The main facade facing Gornaya Street was made of black porcelain stoneware and overloaded with various advertising structures, while the other facades are made of yellow metal profile. The project provides for replacing black ceramic granite with the light one (sandstone shade), the second floor and a part of the side facades of the building are decorated with wooden bars (in dark color, matching the color of bricks used for decorating the lower level of the main facade) with a rhythmical repeat.

Dimensional backlit information structures are placed on the bars. The entrance is surmounted by a straight canopy in dark brown. The side as well as the rear façade is clad in sandstone colored aluminum wall panels (kraspan). The overall color scheme of the building is light, with the inclusion of contrasting dark elements.
