The shape of the designed building in plan is formed by a combination of several rectangular volumes (two rectangles of the main volume shifted along the longitudinal axis of the building and two rectangles of stair and elevator nodes, accentuating the shift of the main volumes, and creating height accents) and diagonally located volumes of entrance groups and bay windows in the ends of the building, reacting to the pedestrian connections that cross the site on the diagonal.

The building responds to the surrounding existing development. The main objective of the facades is to level out the pressure of the large 16-storey building on the 4−5-storey buildings around it, and to lower it visually.
