When designing the master plan of the city, the principle of sustainable development of the territory was taken as a basis. The ideology of the project is aimed at the individualization of the quality of life of a person: a resident and a guest of the city. It is the person who forms the requirements to the urban environment. Compliance with these requirements directly increases the competitiveness of the city, as well as contributes to its further development in the context of the acute struggle of cities for human resources and investments.
