The project of the improvement of the public territory "Turia River Water Area" provides for the creation of a large public space with various thematic zones, allowing you to discover something new, educational, interesting.
The closest users of the territory are the students of the polytechnic, the land under the buildings of which is adjacent to the project area. The project compensates for the fact that the polytechnic school is far from the city center and, consequently, from the main places of urban activity and leisure activities.
The project emphasizes the accessibility of the area for recreation of citizens. It is part of a landscaped promenade, a visual completion and continuation of the main city planning axes, well visible from both sides of the reservoir.

The "showcase" and openness of the area is also supported by the semantic content of the project — the "showcase" is always open for self-expression and interaction of all generations of residents.
Based on the requests and personal vision of the communities, the project offers a new reading of the existing city meanings — new facets of the familiar are revealed, which, in turn, becomes a real discovery and charges for positive change.
