Description

The Golden Mile project is to be developed as a comprehensive proposition for all groups and generations of future users, incorporating a diverse range of functions within the proposed real estate: hotel, residential, social, retail and exhibition, business, gastronomic, cultural and entertainment, educational, and sports. Furthermore, when designing the facilities, it is essential to take into account the requirements and specific characteristics, the growing experience of each country in designing new high-tech and contemporary buildings and their subsequent operation, as well as expertise in organising and hosting signature events and large-scale functions.

Concept

The Golden Mile territory will become a project of the first Russian-Chinese cross-border agglomeration, serving as a link between the two countries. The project will include the world's first international passenger cable car, connecting Blagoveshchensk and Heihe, which will significantly increase tourist and business flows, allowing people to comfortably find themselves in the neighbouring country within minutes. Additionally, the Golden Mile will feature an International Multifunctional Public Centre, primarily intended to host a wide range of forums, congresses, conferences and exhibitions of international standing across various fields. At the same time, the Centre will be capable of holding high-class cultural events: concerts, film festivals and world-class shows. In the future, the Golden Mile will become an important cultural and business hub for residents and visitors of the city, a key attraction for tourists, and a focal point for international business and administrative government bodies.
