Description

The allocation of land plots was previously carried out without a unified spatial model for the territory's development. We propose to assemble a cohesive whole from fragmented elements and envisage an overall urban planning scenario for the entire city, including Mount Sobolinaya. In the construction of the hotel, it is proposed to take advantage of the challenging topography (a 14-metre elevation difference), making it a project asset. Rooms that do not require natural light are placed in the basement and ground floor levels. The building's visual characteristics are enhanced, and different functional zones are distributed organically. Heating costs during operation are reduced.
The service centre is also proposed to be positioned using the topography, taking into account a site elevation difference of over three metres. This will house a heated indoor parking area, administrative, storage, and auxiliary spaces, as well as equipment rental facilities. On the first level of the cylindrical volume, food and beverage outlets are provided, and on the second level – an open terrace with a café and a 360-degree view.
