Description

The project envisions a combination of mixed-height residential development, with building heights decreasing towards the water, while maximising the exposure of city apartments to the Irkutsk Sea bay and the spurs of the Khamar-Daban range, which can be admired in good weather.
On the peninsula's territory along the bay shore, the project includes the construction of two secondary schools, each with a capacity of up to 1,900 students. A continuous embankment, parks, avenues, and public gardens will create a green framework for the peninsula, complementing the city's existing recreational potential.
A multifunctional public centre is planned on the bay shore, suitable for a variety of uses, including a congress centre, an exhibition centre, a next-generation regional museum of local history, and others.
A monument may be installed as a symbol of a new stage in the development of a strong Siberia.
