The project is made with the maximum efficiency of the use of the territory allocated for construction. Space-planning solutions, external decoration, interior decoration of the premises are made in accordance with the design assignment, in compliance with the existing rules and regulations.

The main idea was to create a modern recognizable object, which combines traditional materials for Irkutsk and the scale of man. Brick parapet of the main facade imitating pitched roof is a striking element.

Recognizability of the object and its uniqueness is emphasized by the clock on the main facade on Sofia Perovskaya Street side and the bas-relief on the pedestrian axis side (south-west facade).

The main entrance and loading into the building is oriented on Sofia Perovskaya Street, the service entrance on the side of the pedestrian axis along the south-western facade.
