The project area is linked by the tourist route Golden Thread, which includes cultural heritage sites of federal and regional significance, valuable environmental development, as well as public spaces, covering not only historically valuable objects, but also the main event sites of the city. The route "golden thread" will be designed in the form of a line reflected in the paving of the territory and tied in the main nodes of the route, information stands and signs.

Implementation of the project will have an impact on improving the quality of the environment, social activity and attractiveness of the city to live and work. Local leading businesses will have the opportunity to present their products and services in the city center — it will be a lever for the development of important strategic areas: agriculture, organic products and local brands, a sanatorium at the mineral springs, horse and livestock breeding, the center of history of Trans-Baikal settlements and tourism.
